What to Include

To help me look into your issue quickly, please mention:

  • Browser and version — e.g. Chrome 120, Firefox 121, Safari 17
  • Operating system — e.g. Windows 11, macOS Sonoma, Android 14
  • Device type — desktop, laptop, smartphone, or tablet
  • Microphone or speaker — built-in, USB, Bluetooth, etc.
  • Which tool — e.g. Mic Test, Recorder, Stereo Test
  • What happened — describe the issue and what you expected
  • Any error messages — copy them in if you see any

Before You Write

Most common issues — microphone not detected, no sound, echo, low volume — are covered in the troubleshooting guide. It's worth a quick check before reaching out, as the fix is often a browser permission or system setting.
